GRADUATE RECRUITMENT
|
The brief:the client wanted to assess the team-working skills of 360 potential
graduate recruits to ensure that he took on the only the most suitable
candidates.
Our solution:Missions Impossible, our computer managed interactive team
challenge, put team members into unfamiliar situations to see how they
would react. Throughout the challenge they were quizzed on aspects of the
client company, its operations and culture, as well as completing a variety of
fun team activities. Throughout the event, members of the client’s staff noted
how the candidates behaved both on their own and in relation to other team
members.
The benefit:the client was able to observe individuals behaviour as it really is,
rather than as they wanted it be perceived, and the company was able to
recruit people with the characteristics it wanted.
What the client said:“This event has been a great way to assess the
candidates. Not only has everybody had a lot of fun, but we’ve been able to
assess people in a real life team situation. It’s been an invaluable way of
making sure we offer places to the right people – the event has saved us a lot
of money in the long run.”
