Team Training

The brief:to help a key team in a public sector organisation work together
more effectively and learn to understand the consequences of each others
behaviour.

Our solution:we split the team into small groups for sessions with a career
coach, who encouraged them to think about the features of a successful team
and the impact of their behaviour on others. The specially designed
interactive team challenges that we devised strengthened the message and
ensured that the outcomes were understood.

The benefit:each delegate took away his own personal action plan (which he
himself had written) and which formed part of an ongoing personal
development process
