CHANGE MANAGEMENT

The brief: to educate and motivate the top 60 managers from a
pan-European company about the introduction of a controversial
change management programme
Our solution:devising a high-energy, interactive and motivational event
to encourage the team to work out for themselves the reasons for the
changes, and address the issues in a fun and exciting way.
The benefit:team members changed from being sceptical critics
to passionate advocates for the changes. We helped the delegates engage
with a difficult subject and took some of the fear out of the process.
